MORE RESCUE DOGS REHOMED >>>>>>>
Max - Bristol
Max is a stunning 4yr old entire boy who has lived the children under 10yrs old and another dog. He is not keen on small dogs and defiantly not cats. He will need a confident owner who will give Max training as his recall is not established and therefore can not be trusted off lead. He is currently living with a family who saved him from either going to a pound or being abandoned. He does have a naughty habit of opening doors which can cause problems, but given training and attention, he will make a lovely family pet.
Sasha - Northants
Still searching for her forever home is Sasha 8-year-old German Shepherd sable short coated Girlie she is super with children of all ages good with other dogs, she has been with her fosterer since August under a very strict diet and exercise routine to help her lose excess weight and build up muscle. She is very quiet and easy to please, she just wants a lovely home where she can rest her weary head by the fireplace on cold nights. Surely someone out there would love to give this mature lady a forever home. Read Sasha's story.
Ceaza - Stevenage
Ceaza is a bouncy 18mth old neutered boy who lives with young children with no problems. He has never experienced cats and around other dogs wants to play. Ceaza needs to be rehomed with an experienced owner as he needs training and discipline as he has not had much. He will make a lovely family pet as he has no aggression issues.
Khan -Exeter
Khan is a 6yr old neutered boy who unfortunately has to be rehomed due to family breakup. He can be boisterous with other dogs but not aggressive. He is also ok with cats if introduced correctly. He has lived with young children with no problems and he loves water. The volunteer says that he is a typical adult male GSD with no issues and if she could she would have taken him
Tash - Sussex
This 5-year-old unspayed bitch is currently in a foster home. She was being left all day at home whilst her owner went to work. She was living with 2 cats and was used to having small children around that visited. She was not good with other dogs as she was attacked when a pup in the park but has been fine with foster mum’s other dogs. Tash does suffer from separation anxiety so would be better living with another dog. This lovely girl will make someone a fantastic companion.
Marley - Harrogate
Meet Marley he is around 2 yrs old, picked up as a stray and taken to the pound he served his time so is now with us in kennels in the Harrogate area. Marley we were told was very good whilst in the pound no bother with other dogs. He has only been with us now for just over a week and in that time has been a very friendly boy. He is as you can see a black and tan short coated boy and he is entire. We think is a handsome lad and in the right home will make a wonderful companion. Although he has settled we feel that he would be best in a foster home or homed asap
Foxy
This is Foxy, we have no history on this girl as she was due to be PTS we are guessing her age at around 5 yrs she is grey but then a lot go grey young. Foxy is now in a foster home living with a male GSD and she has settled in great. This is what her foster mum has to say about her. Oh, the photo is just after her bath as she was in a very dirty state when they collected her from the pound. Foxy is not fazed by anything we have done to her since Friday. The journey home was uneventful and she didn't mind the journey or being crated for the night. We haven't got the quietest of boys and she doesn't care, she loves playing with a ball and has, therefore, burst three balls of the kids, oops! We bathed her and although she wasn't keen she never showed any signs of aggression or fear. The Hoover doesn't create much reaction either. We had her off the lead today and even whilst still on the lead she was eager to get to know other dogs without going over the top, no barking or growling. In the yard she is alert, local kids came up to the gate and with a wagging tail she went and got stroked. All in all, she has a lot going for her as she is a fun and loving. And absolutely loves her belly tickled! She is a very happy little sweetheart.
Lass - Middlesex
Lass is a beautiful entire 7yr old bitch with lovely markings. She is good with children from as young as 1yr old. She lives with cats whom she has known from them being a kitten. She doesn’t like raised voices or shouting and once nipped someone when they shouted and attacked her owner. She is good off the lead and won't run away just stays by your side. Lass is having to be rehomed as the owners can not take her when they move.
Sam - Warks
This totally gorgeous boy is 3 years old Sam who desperately needs a forever home soon. He is currently in kennels after being handed over to the rescue due to his boisterous and was protective of his owner; however, the staff at the kennels have not experienced this behaviour and when our assessor met him she enjoyed a fuss with him and he duly gave her his paw. He is a large dog and would benefit from an experienced owner who can provide him with the training and stimulation this beautiful boy needs, he previously enjoyed agility and was capable of jumping very high! He is up to date on his vaccinations, is housetrained and travels well. Due to his size and personality, it would be best for Sam to be homed with an active family preferably with older children who have experience with GSDs. Sam is a loving and friendly dog who really deserves a forever home.
Max - Warks
This is 7 years old Max, he is currently in kennels and needs a forever home as he really hates being there. He is a very friendly dog who needs a little training to remind him of his manners as he has a tendency to jump at people, however, he does know the basics. He appears to be friendly with other dogs, cats unknown. It would be best to re-home Max in an active household without children, somewhere when he will be given the attention and exercise he so desperately needs.
