MORE RESCUE DOGS REHOMED >>>>>>>
Pru- Notts
This stunning girl is 8yrs young Pru. She is currently living in kennels and in desperate need of a loving and caring forever home. She is spayed but not up to date with her vaccinations and is not micro-chipped. She has lived with a number of dogs but not with children or cats; therefore unknown. She is a friendly and loving young lady who walks nicely on the lead and has basic commands. A truly adorable girl who would suit a quiet household preferably with no young children or possibly with a family with older children with GSD experience.
Pru and Carrie came in together - they are mum and daughter, but we feel they would be better separated. They were in a disgusting state but these pictures were taken after a visit to the scare dressers.
Carrie - Notts
This delightful young girl is 5 years old Carrie; a lovely dog who desperately needs a forever home. She is spayed but not up to date with her vaccinations and is not micro chipped. She is a little shy but in the right environment will flourish into a beautiful and loving dog. She has lived with a number of dogs but is unknown with children and cats. She is currently living in kennels and is naturally not adjusting well there so a loving and caring home is needed, preferably with no children.
Elsa
Elsa is 6yrs spayed, vaccinated and chipped. She is good with other dogs but cats and kids unknown so older family only. Elsa is a very well behaved loyal dog who greets strangers calmly, walks well on a lead and loves being bathed and groomed which is handy as she loves very muddy puddles! She travels well and has a very high obedience level. Elsa is a little overweight as she hasn't been exercised enough recently but apart from arthritic hips is in excellent health. Elsa is looking for a new home as her owner is terminally ill and the family work long hours and feel she needs a home who can provide her with more love and care.
Snug - West Mids
This is 2yr old Snug, who greeted our assessor with a sniff and a lick after settling down. He is micro-chipped but not up to date with vaccinations; is good with dogs, cats but children no. He has good basic manners, always eager to please and is a quick learner. Snug needs a new home as current owner cannot give him the time he deserves due to work commitments.
LJ - Wolverhampton
This beautiful girl is 2 years old LJ who is currently vaccinated but not spayed. She is good with children as she lives with a baby and regularly has young family visitors; she is also good with dogs as she lives with a spaniel but not good with cats. She was very calm and friendly when our assessor visited and did not jump up at her. When they went for a walk, she did not run off but eventually went off to play with the other dog but returned immediately when called. LJ does, however, suffer from separation anxiety so can be destructive when left so is now crate trained when the owner has to leave her. The assessor concluded that LJ was a very nice dog with an excellent temperament and would make an ideal companion to any family, ideally where someone was home most of the day.
Ben - Suffolk
Ben is a three-year-old neutered male. His owner died recently and he is now looking for a new home. He is a great family dog who loves to be with people and children, doesn’t mind other dogs but is not too keen on cats. He enjoys travelling in the car but is used to being walked on the lead only. He will bark when visitors arrive but soon settles down. He will be a great addition to any family.
Ellie - Lancashire
Ellie is 5yrs spayed and vaccinated. Ellie is a good girl with other dogs and children very playful but doesn't understand why cats won't play with her! She barks on a strangers arrival but very quickly assumes you are there to play! Enjoys going in the car and has a good level of obedience, enjoys playing with toys and being groomed. Our dog assessor said she was 'the perfect example of the breed', her owner is now working too many hours and cannot provide Ellie with the love and time she deserves. Is there a space in your home for this gorgeous girl? Currently in the Lancashire area.
Bella - Oldham
Bella is around 5-7yrs old spayed and apart from a slight weakness in her back legs is in excellent health. She is a very loving obedient dog who gets on with other dogs kids and cats! She will bark at the noise of the door bell but happy to greet strangers once they in, loves a fuss and a cuddle. Walks well on and off the lead, ignores other people and dogs. Bella has come in due her owners' ill health and just wants a comfy bed and lots of love. Can you provide her with a second chance at happiness? Bella is currently in the Oldham area.
Steele
Steele is a six yr old girl, vaccinated, who gets on with children of all ages and most other dogs. Steele could live on her own or with another calm male dog, and with a family or a single person. Steele greets strangers in a polite friendly manner, with a waggy tail and expects a cuddle or two once you're in!! She cannot, however, be so polite with cats!! Steele has had four homes already through no fault of her own all the owners' circumstances changed her last owner sadly passed away in August so once again she is finding herself on the move. Are you the person to give Steele her very much deserved forever home?
Mia - Hereford
This lovely girl is 5-year-old Mia, she is spayed and vaccinated but not micro-chipped. She's good with children, dogs and cats. She will bark at strangers at the door but will then sniff them and settle down. She is a much-loved pet but due to her current owner's change in circumstances needs to be re-homed. Overall she is a beautiful and friendly dog who would make a fantastic companion to any family.
Izzy - Notts
This beautiful girl is 5 years old Izzy who is spayed, up to date with her vacs and micro chipped. She is housetrained and travels well in the car. She is good with dogs but is unknown with children or cats. She will bark at visitors initially but greets those she knows with enthusiasm. During the assessment, our assessor walked with Izzy and her owner, who is not confident in handling her and this is transmitting this to the dog. However, when our assessor took over she didn't show interest in anyone walking past her and was totally chilled. She would suit an experienced home preferably with no children or much older, experienced teenagers.
