Zalat is another very sad case indeed that has just come here from Egypt with Barid.
Zalat was a military service dog and when his owner no longer wanted him , he shot him in the leg and abandoned him in the garage of a building. He was starving and had a skin disease.
Once noticed, he was taken off the street but has been living in a shelter ever since as people in Egypt don't adopt handicapped dogs.
GSDR offered to help find this beautiful but cruelly treated boy a home. All costs associated with his travel were met by people outside of GSDR and Zalat is now in kennels in Newport waiting for a new mum and dad to come and pick him up.
Can you offer this sad case a home where he will be loved and cared for?
Zalat - treated appallingly by a cruel and callous owner
