Yana has sadly been put into private kennels by her owner due to relocation and a change in partnership status. Yana is 5 years old and was kept as a familly dog, although they did breed two litters from her. Yana has always been a bit of a nervous girlie and in her previous home was prone to chasing her tail when stressed, once settled and calmed she would stop this behaviour (owner thinks it stems from getting her tail trapped as a puppy and although had veterinary advice were never able to find anything physically wrong). Yana in kennels is quite agitated and is nervous when meeting you and on the lead takes quite a while to settle as she just wants to spin around. It is a very sad situation and one that requires a very patient new home going forward, someone who can deal with her nervous habit and definitely someone who can get Yana to relax and settle on the lead. She has previously lived within a family home and indeed with other dogs, however outside as well as being a stress bunny she can be vocal to dogs in general. If you can help sort this girlie out please get in touch as kennels is not the place for Yana.
