This boy lives with a family and is quite protective of them and will require a very experienced home to keep him in line if anyone gets too close to his family. Within the home he is an absolute star and loves all his family to bits. Max is strong on the lead and wears a head collar for walking, his mum takes him out on her bike and he is good running along side. Max lives with another young dog and they appear to have a good relationship, outside Max is vocal when first meeting other dogs and wears a muzzle for any socialisation. Max had lots of problems when first taken into this household four years ago, most issues have been dealt with but the over protective nature around the home is one area still work in progress and if he can get to visitors through the door he will lunge and nip, however when our assessor arrived Max was barking and held whilst entered, when allowed into the room he was fine and just showered her with kisses and just wanted a fuss.
