** Huge ask but this young dog desperately needs a new home **
Meet Wilson!
Wilson is an 18 month old Semi-long coat, entire male.
He was very boisterous when our volunteer met him. He mouthed whilst jumping up but in a playful manner.
This boy has not had the best start in life and has not had any interactions outside of his home. He has never been to the vet or been out walked on a lead and as such careful and patient introductions to these areas of the dog's life would be needed. Wilson hasn't had much time to play and didn't really understand this when we tried - what he did understand was treats and managed to do some very basic commands with treats. Wilson was happy to be touched all over and had no issues with this.
Wilson lives with other dogs, including both female and male. He can be dominant in this environment. He hasn't interacted with cats. Wilson has been around young children but as he is so boisterous and jumpy (and needs to learn some manners) I would recommend older kids only.
We genuinely believe with time Wilson will make a cracking dog. He is just so eager to interact, eager to be loved and needs consistent routine. Time will need to be given to help him adjust to the life of an active pup.
