Willow did not bark at our volunteer's arrival and was immediately eager for attention. When our volunteer took Willow for a walk, she was excited and happy to meet other dog-walkers and their dogs; there was never any hint of aggression or fear.
The owner told us that the principal reason for rehoming Willow is that she growled at the owner's children, though this was whilst Willow was in her bed and the children were tormenting her; our volunteer saw no sign of any aggression towards the children during her visit.
We found Willow to be a calm, gentle dog, who should quickly settle into a new home. She needs to find a new home quickly or be taken into fostercare
