Willow is a petite blonde/black shepherd who has been a very much loved family dog who sadly now is being re homed due to new baby now toddling and Willow being grumpy if toys are being taken from her. Willow has always been a shy dog even from being a young pup she would always be hesitant of meeting new people and other dogs but within the family network was absolutely fine, Our assessor was greeted with a bark and Willow then quietly sat next to dad and watched from afar. After a while she came over to have a sniff and eventually take treats. Out on a walk Willow was good (wears a head collar) and we are told she loves her walks, swimming and playing with her beloved ball. Willow truly is a shy girl and may well be best in an adult only home, somewhere not too many visitors are coming and going, having said that once she knows you she is absolutely fine. Willow is a lovely sweet natured girl who lacks the usual GSD confidence, she is good with dogs and cats she knows but again will need introducing. She is microchipped, vaccinated and spayed.
