Whizz is a good family dog, currently lives with 3 children under 5 years and reacts calmly around them and they are very much part of the pack. Unfortunately due to one of the children opening the door, Whizz ran at visitor and nipped, never done this before, presumed protecting the infant, unfortunately now needs to find new home as landlord received complaint and its an eviction for Whizz. Our assessors were greeted by a barking dog, who came over for a sniff with his tail wagging, no reaction to their presence whatsoever and quite happy to have a stroke and a fuss. Whizz is apparently good with other dogs and even gets on with cats. He desperately needs to find a foster or forever home in the next few days. Whizz is a typical shepherd so as long as you have experience of the breed and a confident owner, Whiz will make a great companion. He has now gone into emergency foster care, updates to follow.
