Max - West Midlands

What a stunner we have here in Max, only 2 years old, neutered and basic training but still very playful and up for further socialisation and training. Our volunteer was met by a happy boy who was bouncing around with excitement trying to get attention, on the lead he was good, albeit strong. During the walk Max showed a liking to shoes - if he can get to your shoes he will try and nip them - however when told he stopped. All in all a youngster that has spent his life living with an older GSD, who is now sadly blind and Max is proving too much for him to cope with, also his current owners used to have a family member who visited daily to see to the dogs but they are not always available to help out. Max is used to being in a kennel and run during the day and having his own 2 acre field to bounce around in. He is often taken off the premises and travels well in the car. Outside with other dogs he can be hit and miss as to who he gets on, however there are 5 cats on the premises that Max is fine around. He hasnt lived with young children so going forward Max will need to find a GSD home with experience of the breed and older dog savvy children. He is a lovely boy for the right household.
