Vinnie - West Yorks

This young boy we’ve called Vinnie, he ended up in the pound after being found tied up outside an empty house.

He’s been with us a few weeks and this is what we know so far. He’s obsessed with balls and will attempt to get 3 in his mouth and not want to give them up. He will chase a ball no problem, but still needs help in persuading him to hand it over. He’s very friendly with people. He didn’t quiet understand about getting a lead back on after he had a good run and play in the off lead area, but we’ve been helping him with that and he’s happy to sit and wait. We’ve been doing lots of recall with him and making this into a game, a very bright dog who is eager to please.

He’s quiet strong on the lead, and becomes vocal around Dogs. He has been out on a group walk and did find comfort when walking close to a lovely balanced female dog.

A knowledgeable Home is required for Vinnie, he’s only young and eager to learn.
