Update:
Beautiful vinnie currently in kennels. vinnie had a home but it unfortunately didn’t work out. He is still a young puppy and just doesn’t know anything. He is overly friendly and enthusiastic. He needs a firm confident human who will teach him manners and stimulate his active brain and body. This young man wants to be your world, he loves you and wants you to love him back. For your time and effort you will be rewarded with an amazing boy. Basically!!!! This young man needs lots of time and attention to turn him into the fabulous boy he should be.

Vinnie was left tied up outside an empty house so ended up in the pound. He’s a very happy friendly dog who thrives for attention. When he’s in the off lead area he just quietly potters about until another dog passes, he then comes to life and gets very vocal, yet does calm down eventually when introduced to a calm relaxed dog.
Vinnie will come to life when you have a toy he gets very excited, needs more time spent on him to train and put boundaries in place, seems like he has been left to his own devices.
