Sam is in a foster home: Sam came into our home after collecting him from Leeds kennels late in September. Sam's story was a brief tale and one that gave a description of a life as a Pub guard dog for a family who lived a long life as publicans and although he was allowed some play time, he ultimately lived a life in a concrete yard on Bakers best once a day.
Since having this fella with us, his years deceive him and me! 10 years old they told me, but he has the innate bounce of a young dog and the disposition of a teenager GSD and a will to please humans at ALL cost.
Loving, caring and without a shadow of a doubt a bright, loyal and dedicated boy if I've ever met one (besides My Old Rocky Snr).
Sammy is a beautiful Red and Black Shepherd..... a true redhead if I was ever to meet one but with a temperament that truly doesn't match the stigma of red heads!
He is great on lead, a delight to walk, fab with cats - yes FAB with cats and a pleasure with other dogs.
