Trixie - Evesham

This gorgeous young lady is called Trixie and she is around 2-3 years old, vaccinated and spayed.

Trixie is a bit of an unknown as she came over from Ireland and is now in the care of Evesham Dogs Trust. She is fine with people and they think she would be OK with children although not little ones because she is a little untrained and may knock them over.

She has been a bit barky at the kennels with other dogs and also barks and lunges on the lead which she will sometimes redirect towards the handler. She has no intention of biting, it's just that the handler gets in the way.

She probably hasn't had much interaction with other dogs and tends to plough in with a lot of noise but if the other dog doesn't react, she has no idea what to do.

It's possible that Trixie could live with another calm male dog but may have problems for a while with strange dogs.

Trixie obviously hasn't had much of a life and needs someone with experience, time and patience to learn how to behave correctly.
