This stunning 2 year old girl is looking for a confident new owner to get her back into a good sociable routine as current owner's health not good and Tipex isn't getting enough exercise/stimulation. Tipex greeted our assessor with a long bark, once quiet the dog was allowed into the room and upon being ignored settled eventually and lay quietly on floor. Our assessor was able to stroke Tipex quite easily although she did notice she doesn't particularly like you touching her head. Tipex was well socialised around other dogs as a youngster but upon having a knee injury which required surgery to her back leg, Tipex was rested and now has got out of the habit of meeting up with her doggie pals. On the lead she walks very well with a gentle leader (although she doesn't like having it put on)! Outside she was nervous of some traffic sounds and did try to lunge at two passing men, however it was getting dark and Tipex is protective of her current owner. Tipex would benefit from a new confident owner who can get her out and about and with more walks and stimulation Tipex should settle into one cracking dog. Tipex isn't known around young children. Not known with cats. She does get excited travelling in the car, so currently crated with a blanket on top to help settle.
