Thor - Derbyshire

Thor is described by our volunteer as a big cuddly bear, a real sweet natured gentle boy. Sadly he is looking to be re homed due to the smaller dog in the house having behavioural issues and they are worried that although Thor is an absolute gent it isnt fair for him to be challenged. Thor lives with a smaller dog, cats and is fabulous around a young baby. He is perfection to walk on the lead and doesnt pull, our volunteer didnt encounter any other dogs out on the walk but did walk past lots of people, push chairs, traffic and even a couple of swans, Thor shown no signs of interest in anything. Thor, being a big lad, has in the past did show lameness for a short period of time, vet prescribed metacam for a few days and said maybe cut exercise down to 40 minutes a day, owners have kept exercise under an hour a time and Thor has never been lame since nor needed medication. If you have the space for a large caucasian boy and want a boy who loves lying at your feet and a real gentle soul, please get in touch for further details.
