Meet the beautiful Star, who is sadly looking for her retirement home due to a drastic change in her owners circumstances.
The volunteer found a delightful, gentle young lady who she said was perfect in every way. Not a comment that you hear very often in rescue. Star greeted her very quietly, took treats very gently and lay down whilst they were filling out the form.
She walks perfectly by your side when out, gets on with cats and dogs and has =never shown any aggression to anything.
She was originally rescued from a kill shelter in Romania, so there is a query over her age. We think that she is around 10 years old.
Being an older lady she does suffer from arthritis but that is managed with medication. We believe that she also has the beginnings of Anal Furunculosis. Having said that she is very sprightly on her walks and loves to play.
She maybe an older lady but please remember age is just a number, she really does deserve the very best home to retire in.
