Spencer is a very big handsome dog. He needs to be rehomed due to his owner not being able to spend the time with him he deserves. This is what our Volunteer had to say ; When I arrived Spencer was very vocal but soon calmed down when he realised that I was not a threat. He actually came to me to have a good sniff. I gave him a stroke and then played ball with him. He sat and gave me his paw. Took him for a walk and he was very good. He did like a good sniff. He gets on with other dogs once he gets to know them and he is ok with cats. He is also ok to live with children 10 and over.
I found Spencer to be very friendly and loving dog. He will certainly make an excellent companion. I would have took him home with me if I only had 1 GSD instead of 2.
