This lovely looking lady is nearly 3 years old and sadly looking for a new home due to a change in her owners circumstances
We have less than a week to find this lovely girl a home.
Skye is a GSD x mali. She has been well trained and knows lots of commands. She walks well on a lead and responds well to commands. In the park she was on along line that was droopped so that she could play ball...... She loves too play ball.
In the home Skye can be very boistrous and over exuberant in her greetings. She does like to jump up to say hello but no aggression just pure glee at having a visitor. Skye would ;like someone to be at home most of the time. She doesn't like to be left for long periods of time.
Skye loves to learn and is very food and ball focussed. Her present owner doesn't do feed times but makes Skye work for her breakfast and dinner.
Skye isn't too keen on water but will happily have her teeth cleaned.
Skye doesn't like the vet due to a bad experience when young. This is an area that needs working on.
In short Skye needs a calm confident EXPERIENCED home that will continue the work that her owner has put in. Have an understanding of the breed and the need for Skye to THINK. She not only needs physical exercise but also mental exercise on a daily basis.
