Shelby is looking to be re homed as she is getting more nervous and anxious around the other bitch in the household and fights and niggles are starting to erupt. We are told Shelby can be nervous of men but our assessor was greeted well, albeit a little warily. Shelby was happy to take treats (she loved the cooked chicken) and out on a walk was not phased by his presence and behaved very well indeed. Off lead she had good re call and obviously loves her mum and responded to her calls, again we are told sometimes Shelby can get distracted. Back on the lead she was rushing to get back home and the nervous anxious behaviour was a little more apparent. Overall though throughout the assessment she appeared pretty relaxed and a friendly girl. Shelby lives with children and is okay around them but going forward it would be best to have older dog savvy teenagers and generally we are looking for an experienced home where they can give Shelby some confidence and calm her behaviour. Shelby is microchipped but vaccinations are out of date.
