Sheba is a 6 year old girl sadly looking to be re homed due to a relationship breakdown. The owner was concerned that Sheba would be too protective for me to enter the home, she apparently is very vocal and frightens some house guests. I agreed for him to bring Sheba down the path, upon seeing me she immediately started to bark but as she came closer and I said hello and held out my hand with a treat I found Sheba to be extremely friendly and within seconds was able to stroke and give her cuddles. She easily sat when asked. It is obvious that Sheba is a protective girl but with a confident handler she definitely settles and was quiet and biddable. I was told she is very vocal when she sees other dogs and again this would need addressing. Sheba does live with children with no bother and a while back did live with another dog.
