Sheba is approx. 4/5 years old and living as a family dog who has become more protective of the daughter in the household (who she absolutely adores). Adult owners are now aware that Sheba is acting more protectively towards her young friends who visit (especially one young lad). That said, Sheba is a lovely dog who is typical in barking at the gate when you arrive but quite happy for you to be in her home - the children were at school for the assessment hence no view on how the dog would be if they were home. Outside Sheba is fairly good on the lead and stays close on the road, recall a little hit and miss! Sheba is good around the dogs she regularly meets and interacts well. She doesn't like cats and will chase. Sheba is used to having access to the back garden throughout the day and does seem to like being outside watching the world go by. When the family first had Sheba she didn't know how to play but now she has one beloved favourite toy that she carries around. Sheba is good in the car, has been taken on caravan holidays where she seemed subdued and sad being in a new environment and obviously is a home bird at heart.
