Sheba is a great example of the breed and her attitude does not fit her age. She is lively and willingly runs to fetch a ball and will play readily. She does have slight arthritis in one of her back legs but no more than would be expected for her age. Our assessor says, "She barked when I arrived but after a thorough examination of my trousers she went to lay on her bed coming back a couple of times for another sniff. She showed no signs of aggression at all and I was able to have a full examination of her. She took a ball from my hand very gently and allowed me to take it back from her". Sheba's owner feels the need to re-home Sheba as she will be returning to work shortly following the death of her husband just before Christmas and she will be away for around 12 hours a day.
