Shane is a small but in perfect proportion GSD, incredibly clingy as lacks confidence. In the kennel he is frightened and will bark when entering in at the opposite end to his bed, but definitely no aggression just once again lack of confidence, although he may display the same reaction in a home. Shane will be best rehomed with another dog as he really needs to have a confident well balanced dog who he can rely on.
We were told that Shane spent the first 2 years of his life in a barn and didn't really see the outside world. His previous owner had him for 4 months and then rehomed due to a change in her home life. Shane did live with another big confident female dog.
Shane has been out on a walk with several dogs, he is very vocal and once again all due to lack of confidence, but with time and socialising I have no doubt he will come through this. When he's out in the big off lead with you at the kennels, he does come to life and will run about playing with you, on the other hand he also likes to snuggle up for a cuddle. A beautiful loving dog and in the right home he will flourish.
