What a gentle soul this little lad is - the lovely Scruff - who is approximately 20 months old and looking to be re homed urgently due to his owners ill health. Scruff has been assessed and although a little timid on first meeting, happy for a fuss from the humans but absolutely loved the company of our assessors dog. Scruff hasn't lived with children but whilst at the premises the local children on the street were jumping all over Scruff and giving him huge hugs which he didn't bat an eyelid (so would appear safe to re home with children). Owner says good on the lead and has excellent recall, likes other dogs. Not known with cats. Scruff would welcome a good was and brush but apart from that seems perfectly healthy and happy boy. Never been to the vet whilst in this home, only treatments have been worming and flea.
