Scheaefer is a lovely young girl who is looking for a new home as she can be selective with other dogs, her owner runs a grooming parlour and she is causing problems if she takes a dislike to some dogs.
Scheaefer is very good around people and children and gets on well with cats. Most dogs she seems to be fine with and when our volunteer took her out she ignored most dogs she meet. She was very good on the lead and was introduced to a young GSD female who she had a sniff of and did not react at all. However she is a typical female who can take a dislike to some dogs and lets them know about it. With careful introduction we think she may be able to live with a submissive male dog. She really is a very happy girl in all other respects and is going to make a wonderful family member.
