Sasha is sadly being re homed due to disability in the family, the main carer has tried to keep her active using dog walkers but Sasha is missing the daily routine of training that mum instils to keep this bundle of energy in place and although exercised twice daily, Sasha is now regressing and becoming more unruly.
This is so sad as the owners have spent a lot of time and patience getting this young girl settled into their home and Sasha does know how to behave when passing other dogs, not to lunge etc but all that has blown out of the window and it is now time to find this bundle of energy a new home where the routine and specific commands are done daily.
Sasha greeted our volunteer with a bark but was happy to say hello, she has a very sweet nature but its obvious with her zoomies that Sasha has high energy and probably not best re homed with small children. Outside Sasha walks well and with high value treats can ignore dogs but this is where the intensive training that Sasha has received needs re building as she does get very excited when other dogs are in view.
If you are an experienced GSD owner, have time to keep Sasha on track with her training and able to keep this high energy lady entertained then Sasha would be perfect for you. She really is a loving dog but just needs her energy channelling.
