Sandy is an affectionate playful girl who is much sprightlier that her age belies. At 8 years of age, she is looking for a home where they have the experience and patience to teach this older girl how to behave around other dogs, at the moment she is inclined to react and get herself in a tizzy. Otherwise, on the lead, she behaves well. In the home, Sandy is very good and when she met our assessor she was quite happy to come and say hello and have a fuss. Sandy has suffered from skin allergies which can also affect her ears, from tests previously completed it was shown that certain foods plus grass pollen could be triggers for these flare-ups. Obviously, these are quite common traits for a lot of dogs and most of us will be aware of the treatments that can help going forward. Sandy is a lovely dog, full of personality, she definitely needs a home where they understand GSDs but in return, you will be rewarded with a wonderful companion.
