Samson and Zeus

These two stunning boys are Samson aged 3 and Zeus aged 2 who are both castrated and fully up to date with vaccinations, worming etc and microchipped

Samson and Zeus are not to be split up if at all possible having spent all their time together and being brothers (although a year apart).

These dogs are well looked after, adored deeply and are well behaved and trained. They walk beautifully off lead and stay by their owners side, recall is good. They are not keen on cats though.

The owner is in the Navy and the family are being rehoused and have been told they can only have one dog at the new property so following weeks of tears and soul-searching, they have decided the dogs stay together rather than one be rejected and wrenched from the life it has always known. 

Samson is the older and slightly larger of the two dogs and he is a real “thinker.” He studied our volunteer and gave her a thorough sniff before venturing with a kiss and wanting some fuss. Zeus is slightly smaller and paler and he relies very much on his brother, so comes across as more aloof. He very quickly wanted some attention once Samson had checked our volunteer out but held back a little originally.

The family have told us that Zeus needs reassurance and cuddles more than Samson and is not so bold so is more likely to display a little fear aggression when meeting other dogs out and about. They very much enjoy routine and are an absolute credit to the family.
