My name is Sabre I am a 5/6 year old German Shepherd Dog. I am of a slight build, a bit on the skinny side. My main issue in kennels is that I am food aggressive, but this may well improve when I’ve put a few pounds on! I walk well on my lead and am ok with other dogs once introduced properly. I am nervous of dogs in the home but then I am ok, so I am probably best with a home on my own, with older children. Sadly I am here because of a relationship break up and my owner did not want to leave me on my own for long periods of time so felt it was only fair to find me a new home. I am house trained and not destructive when left. I am good in the car and on the train! My old owner is sad to part with me. He said this about me...â€loves to go for long runs and will be waiting at the door before you’ve got your running shoes onâ€. I didn’t know, but the photo lady is a bit nervous of GSDs because of a bad experience years ago, but I just went straight up to her and gave her a big kiss and then she just loved me. She gave me lots of gravy bones and I sat and gave her my paw and took them all gently. Please come and see me. Love Sabre xx
