Rusty is just 19 months old a lively energetic lad who is urgently looking to be re homed due to his owner leaving the family home and unable to take him to his new premises. Unfortunately the lady left looking after this high energy boy is unable to walk him and give him the time and exercise he needs. Our assessor found Rusty vocal on arrival but soon settled to have a fuss. Rusty is a clever lad and quite able to open any door to let himself go where he wants he is also partial to seeing what is in the bin! Rusty isn't walked off lead and on the lead is pretty strong (understandably as he isn't being walked at the moment). Rusty has been with the family since 8 weeks old is vaccinated and microchipped. Rusty is fantastic around children of all ages and lives very happily with a small Jack Russell type terrier. Rusty does not like cats and is very vocal if he sees one. He is supposed to be good around other dogs but at the moment he isn't getting out and about so he will need to be introduced and socialised with new owners. All in all Rusty is a typical high energy adolescent lad who would welcome a more experienced home and lots more exercise and routine. Currently in foster care where they are finding Rusty one big soft pot, happily living with their male GSD and he appears just a youngster willing to learn and eager to please.
