Well meet the lovely young lad Rusko who is a 1 year old black and tan short coated unneutered male.
Rusko was happy to meet our volunteers, settling very quickly and even gave a paw for a treat.
Rusko attends two types of classes which has helped with his socialisation, he is not too bad on the lead but off lead his recall is not always too good as he gets easily distracted by other dogs. He has never encountered a cat.
There is a very young child in the house and Rusko is not too keen and since another baby is on the way, Rusko's owners think it would be better if he went to a home where there are no very young children. He is fine with people and older children.
Rusko was re homed with other dogs and unfortunately cannot be trusted when left as continually goaded the weakest dog in the pack and would be best as the only dog in the home as he bonds brilliantly quickly to new owners and literally follows you around like a shadow..
This young lad has great potential and he will reward his new owners with love and loyalty.
