Rupert is an entire black German Shepherd.
Poor Rupert was found tied to a lampost. We believe he is around 1 year old.
He is currently in kennels where the staff say he is a lovely young boy who is full of energy and has a lot of potential.
Our volunteers walk Rupert and say he is easy to walk but is wary of cars. He ignores barking dogs.
Rupert is a big baby who loves cuddles. He will need a home where they can build his confidence and carry on with training.
He jumps up so we wouldn’t rehome him with young children. Rupert could potentially be rehomed with another dog
