Rufus is in need of re homing somewhere they have the patience to bring on this 11 month old boy as currently owners are leaving him for long periods and although he knows and trusts his dad and immediate family Rufus is very wary and vocal around strangers. Our assessor had to wait quite a while until Rufus calmed and eventually came over for a treat. Outside on the lead he was okay and with a little more training should walk to heel. Rufus didn't bother around any outside stimulus. We visited a family friend and Rufus was delighted to see their female dog and was very playful around her apparently he did live with this dog when they initially moved up to Hull, therefore we feel Rufus would settle with another female quite happily. Rufus has the potential to blossom provided his new owner is patient and willing to gain Rufus's trust and give him the love and attention he craves plus channelling his energy into more positive training.
