Ruby is 5 year old and on the look out for a new family. She currently lives with a small dog but owners say that she has on occasions nipped it, so feel a home with a bigger dog would be fine.
Ruby sounds like a wonderful dog, our volunteer said she’s very well known in her town and everyone loves her. She was quiet vocal on first meeting her but no sign of aggression just wanting to say hello. Whilst out and about they met another dog and Ruby just ignored it.
She was Re homed a few weeks ago but their young child went to say goodnight to Ruby who was in her bed at the time and she growled, so was returned back to the owners. Because of this we would only rehome with older children only.
I think whoever adopts this beautiful girl will be rewarded twofold as I think once she has had time to settle into a new home she will be the perfect addition to any family, but remember she needs time to adjust.
