Roxy maybe 5 years old but she acts like a boisterous bouncy pup. She is looking to be re homed as now the youngest child is being knocked over like skittles due to Roxy's high energy levels plus Roxy when excited can mouth. Our assessor was greeted by a bark, a good jump up to say hello and then Roxy was galloping around wanting to play. She had little or no response to basic commands and would require a patient new adopter to calm this girl down and subdue the high jinx. We are told Roxy appears scared of cats when she sees them out in the garden so doesn't have a high prey drive. On the lead Roxy is very strong and again would need more training. If she is allowed off lead it is only when other dogs are not around as Roxy hasn't been socialised very much. Roxy is a lovely dog who will benefit from an experienced owner and someone prepared to re train and channel Roxy's puppyish ways. She is microchipped, vaccinated and spayed.
