ROXY - LONDON

This lovely lady is sadly looking for a new home as her owners circumstances have changed and it is felt she is not getting the mental and physical stimulation that she needs.

Roxy is 6 years old she is vaccinated and microchipped but she is unspayed. (asnyone adopting will sign a neuter agreement) Roxy had a litter last year and now needs to live her best life.

She loves the car, she loves water in any shape, and enjoys her spa days being pampered.

She currently lives with a 1 year old but the owner that she admits that she is worried that Roxy will knock the baby over so poor Roxy spends a lot of time shut behind a baby gate in the kitchen.

Roxy has livved with another dog but hasn't really been socialised outside of the home. She is a no to cats. Sadly the husband works away a lot so Roxy is now not getting any exercise other than in a postage stamp garden.

Roxy is not aggressive, she is a little protective of her treats and her favourite toy (squeaky ball)

Roxy was very excited to see the volunteer and did jump up but not in a threatening manner. She took treats but was more interested in the volunteer. A very bored young lady and anything new is very exciting and needs to be investigated.

Roxy had training as a youngster, she knows lots of commands. She is strong on the lead but is said to have good recall with the husband. When out although strong on the lead she is well behaved. With regular walks and training hopefully the steam train approach of excitement will dissipate. 

Roxy is a clever girl and will thrive in a home with someone willing to put in the time. She needs mental and physicaxl stimulation and lots of attention. 

Roxy is a lovely young lady with oodles of potential in the right hands. She needs more than being left in a kitchen all day by herself. She does have personality and with some time and effort will make a fabulous family pet.
