Roxy is a lovely lady urgently looking for a new home due to her owners illness.
Roxy would like a home where she is the only dog or possibly with a nice castrated male with careful introduction. She has not had much contact with other dogs and becomes nervous so this will need to be worked on. How ever our volunteer said she is a lovely girl and with correct introduction feels she may get used to having a friend.
She has not lived with children but has many visiting children to her home and has never shown any problems at all, as with all dogs she has never been left unattended with children so we feel she could live with children who are used to GSD or large dogs and know how to give the dog space and respect. Roxy is very good to walk and has good recall & basic commands. She does not like cats so a home without is a must for this lady. She is going to make a wonderful family member with just a little work on socialising with other dogs.
