Roxy is just a pup at under a year and sadly looking for a new home as she is not getting the mental and physical stimulation that she needs and deserves.
Roxy is unspayed and we don't think that she has had her first season yet. She is vaccinated and microchipped.
Roxy hasn't been around many children She would be better with older children who are a little calmer. Young children maybe a little too boistrous and wind her up.
She is said to get on well with other dogs out of the home but hasn't lived with another dog. She is saiid to be quite good on a lead with a 90% recall. She doesn't really stray too far from her owner when out.
Roxy is nervous of new people and will bark and lunge wanting them to go away. She has had little interaction with strangers coming to her property so the volunteer listened to 20 minutes of barking before Roxy ventured in for a treat. She then ran back and every time the volunteer moved she barked. This is definitely something that needs work but Roxy is still young and if socialised correctly will overcome her fears.
In short a sweet girl who needs time patience and consisitency to bring her out of her shell and we are sure she will become a perfect companion.
