Introducing the lovely Rosie who despite her age is a very alert energetic and playful lady and loves more than anything to play with her toys, or a bottle or stick whilst out. Due to changes in circumstances, Rosie is urgently looking for a new home as she has been distressed. She is looking for someone to be around with her most of the time as she doesn't like to be left alone.
Although we didn't meet any dogs on the day of assessment I was assured by her owner and dog sitter/walker that she is good with other dogs but doesn't like Cats. Rosie knows basic commands with good recall, enjoys a good run around but did pull a lot on the lead when she's going for a walk but less when on her way home.
As Rosie is an energetic girl, she needs a lot of stimulation and loves to be out and about, an active home would be great for her. Rosie doesn't live with children but has contact with her owner's young grandchildren with no concerns but can sometimes nip with excitement or whilst playing as she did myself whilst playing outside.
