Meet the lovely Ronnie....... he is a very happy 2 year old GSD that finds himself needing a new home due to a change in the families circumstances.
Ronnie does excited when visitors com a calling, and will jump up byt the voluteer saw no aggression. The volunteers found a very friendly boy who interacted well and was happy to drop a bone in the volunteers lap asking for play.
There is a lot going on in the present home and we feel that yes Ronnie could live with children but could do with a slightly quieter calmer home. Work is still needed on his manners, but he really doesn't show any nasty behaviours.
Ronnie does need some work on his socialisation. He can be lead reactive and is definitely interested in other dogs. He is let off lead and will retrieve a ball, his recall is still a work in progress especially i=f there are distractions. He has lived with an older GSD and we think could again as long as introductions were done correctly.
Ronnie is walked on a halti and although he pulls initially he does settle down.
The volunteer really couldn't find fault with this lovely boy. Remeber that he may be astressed on firdst entering his new home, but we are sure in the right home will settle and make a very loyal companion.
