Rocky is an 18month old neutered male who has had a bad start in life. He was taken from a home where he was being tied up for long periods in the front garden with no water or shelter. His owner was a very elderly disabled man who got Rocky as a puppy on a whim. Having never owned a dog before, combined with his disabilities, the man has never been able to train Rocky or give him the attention he needs. Rocky is very excitable, jumps up, chews everything, barks lots, chases cars and will grab cats. A lot of his issues are down to his lack of stimulation but this young lad is going to need a patient experienced GSD owner with no children or other pets who can start from scratch with some basic training and a regular exercise regime.
