He was living in a garden with a prong collar round his neck. He was never walked and food was just put down. The owner went to work at 10am and sometimes didn't come home until 2 in the morning.
We were so concerned about his welfare that we have pulled him into foster. He is a genuinely lovely boy who just needs to be loved. As he settles I am sure there will be more to tell.
We have been told that he did live with other dogs and he has lived with cats. We cannot confirm that at present. He is also said to be good with children but we feel teenagers not young children would be preferable.
Get in quick guys don't let him slip away....
