Rocky is in URGENT need of a new home. His owner is unable to care for him and there is nowhere else for Rocky to go.
The volunteer was barked at on arrivcal but was very pleased to see her and greeted her very nicely. No aggression at all, he just loves people.
Rocky has been in a car (back seat with a harness) without issue. He has also ventured out on a bus and a train and enjoyed the experience.
In his initial home he lived with young children.
He is unknown around dogs and he is known to chase cats.
He is let off the lead in the park and has fabulous recall as long as there are NO distractions. Add in a distraction and not a hope in hell of getting him back until he has said hello.
Rocky is in need of some basic training. He will mouthe but is very gentle, he also jumpos upo but it is almost in slow motion and he is again very gentle.
He really is a love;ly by who just needs the right home. Someone who has the time to give him and polish up on his boundaries and manners. Nothing major is needed.
