This gorgeous boy is Rocco and sadly at just over a year is looking for a new home due to a change in the wners circumstances meaning that she can no longer keep him.
Rocco is a GSD X Akita. He is a very bouncy and boistrous boy who needs to learn a few manners. He needs boundaries and some routine and consistency in his life as he is very quickly heading for the terrible 2's where I am sure he will push boundaries and test your will power.
Having said that the volunteer found him to be a very happy chappy.A typical young boistrous boy who has yet to learn his socialisation and boundary skillsHe showed no signs od aggression just trying to test you. He responds well to basic commands and the volunteer was able to touch him all over, play and found no signs of toy or food aggression. He is very food motivated so training should be easy.
We would rehome Rocco with teenagers and over as long as they are used to large dogs. He has also lived with another dog so this could be a possibility if introductions are done correctly.
A chasllenge tovstart maybe but in all just a typical pup wanting to live life to the full.
