Ricky is currently in kennels and waiting for his forever, experienced home.
He was living in a garden only as the owners little dogs were attacking him, but sadly this was no place for a young intelligent dog who had no interaction with people or the outside world. So we took him in as an emergency.
He’s an absolute gem, a cuddle monster, pulls like a train and does everything 100 miles an hour. In a nut shell he’s a puppy in a 16 month old body. Yes he’s absolutely stunning but needs a home where they have the time and patience to put boundaries in place, continue his training and then start exposing him to the big wide world.
I can’t express enough how strong this lad is and when he sees a rabbit then he’s off, and you really need to dig your heels in. Once again when meeting dogs he’s bull in a china shop so a dog that is resilient to his eagerness would be a bonus.
I have no doubts that when you first meet him you will love him, but look beyond the looks and his very friendly temperament as you will need to be equipped to put boundaries in place, continue his training to expose him to the big wide world and give him the life that every dog deserves.
