RAGNOR - LONDON

Ragnor is a 3 year old black and tan short haired shepherd who is vaccinated and entire.

He is sadl;y lokoking for a new home due to a change in the owners circumstances. She feels that he deserves more than she is able to give him.

The visitor was greeted very enthusiastically , even though he didn't bark much when she knocked on the door. Once she was let inside he was all over her like a rash, jumping up and snaking roound her. In his over excited state he wee'd on the floor. He then started to calm down. Even wsith all the jumping the volunteer didn't find him intimidating just a rather escited young man.

At home Ragnor is great with the kids, very gentle around the youngest who is 2. The little girl does tease Ragnor but he copes well. Ragnot loves to learn and seems to have oodles of energy. This maybe due to the fact the owner only has time to take him for short walks am and pm, sadly no long weekend walks. She freely admits this isn't enough for him and wants him to live his best life.

He has no food aggression but will guard toys especially if he has stolen them from the kids. He is very food focussed and loves to learn.

Ragnor is not keen on "spa days", he doesn't like having his paws checked, not keen on being groomed and not a fan of water !! but will put up with any of these if he HAS TO.

He does live with a cta but he isn't really sure how to behave around it. Out of the home he is walked on a halti as he is extremely drong on the lead . Happy off lead chasing branches and a fairly decent recall. He would need to bond with any new owner before being let off lead.

Whilst he has never lived with another dog has has stayed with other dogs without incidident.

This young boy really deserves a home that has time and patience, willing to build his confidence and instill a few more boundaries. On the whole a lovely boy just a bored boy.
