Pretty Poppy is a very loving 7yr old neutered bitch. She was recently taken out of a home with two other GSDs, (Buster and Teddy) in an appalling state, matted and covered in faeces. Poppy is mainly black with tan feet and is semi longhaired. She has had to have the worst of the matts cut out so her coat will take a little while to recover. A good diet will go a long way to improving the general condition of this lovely natured girl.
Poppy has previously lived with children of all ages and is a very gentle girl. She is ok with other dogs but unknown with cats. This downtrodden girl has a fantastic temperament and is eager to please. She loves a cuddle and relishes any affection bestowed on her.
Poppy hasn't been walked for the last 18months prior to coming into kennels. She didn't even have a collar and lead when our assessor visited. Poppy walks well on a lead and has been fine with other dogs that she sees when out. She will make a fantastic companion,can you offer Poppy the loving home that she so desperately deserves?
