This is the lovely Opel. He is currently in foster care with our two children aged 5 and 10 yrs old and our two GSD's. Opel is a wonderful boy who will give his new owner so much love and enjoyment. I think he would benefit from living with another dog as he gets on so well with them. He loves nothing better than a good run in the park playing with the other dogs. He is currently being walked on a gentle leader as he can become rather excited when he sees another dog whilst on lead, but this is just because he wants to play and is great off lead with dogs. Our children adore Opel as he loves to snuggle up with them on the sofa and loves them to throw his Kong for him. Opel will need an experienced owner as he is a typical GSD that is protecive of his home. Therefore when visitors come to our home this is done with proper introduction and then Opel is fine. Opel would also be suited to someone that can spend time with him as he adores the company of his human owner and prefers not to be left alone for to long, this is why the company of another dog would be very beneficial to Opel. Whoever adopts Opel will get a wonderful dog whom he will love and adore.
