This truly adorable and friendly chap is 7 years young Ty, who sadly finds himself in kennels. He is fabulous with children and everyone he meets, including other dogs but unknown with cats. Those who have met Ty instantly fall in love with him, a little charmer who deserves a new home of his own. He has been fortunate enough to join a number of our volunteers on one of the GSDR walks and our volunteer reiterated that he was such a lovely gentle lad, fantastic with all the people he met - he got on well with all the dogs (especially the girls). He does pull on the lead but eventually settled. A very friendly, lovely boy who was happy to be rubbed down with a towel and enjoy extra fuss. Ty is currently in foster while he recovers from his castration and the family say is absolutely fantastic, he is very dog friendly. He knows
all the basic commands, and responds to them straight away. Although a man's dog he still enjoys cuddles and fuss and a good scratch behind the ears. He loves his food and is very good with it does
not snatch but has some issues with toys where he can be a little possessive but this can be worked on. He gets extremely excited when he sees his lead and will jump up and bite the lead but a firm no and he stops, he does pull for about the first 5 min's of the walk but soon settles. He howls when the phone rings but again a firm no and stop and he does stop. Overall a fabulous dog - how can you resist????
